Service summary
Our services enable people to live at home, providing personal care and practical support which allows older people to retain their independence and remain in their own homes for as long as possible. We also have experienced staff who communicate using British Sign Language (BSL), allowing Deaf BSL users to receives services in their first and preferred language.

Staff Induction – All staff receive an initial induction and have access to ongoing training opportunities in a variety of topics including Moving and Handling, First Aid, Food Hygiene as well as their SVQ in Health and Social Care. Staff go through a rigorous vetting system which includes reference and PVG Disclosure Scotland checks.
Continuity and Quality of Care - This is an integral part of our service and one of our main aims when organising a Clients support is to find a suitable match between the individual and their support worker. To maintain the quality of service that we provide, each Client has an individual support team who will know their requirements. We keep in regular contact with our Clients to ensure their satisfaction.
