Hawthorn House Day Care

MyPad lets you save links to information that you have found on Your Support Your Way Glasgow and want to go back to later. You can also add your own notes and update them whenever you wish. If you are signed in to your user account, MyPad will save your links and notes until you delete them. If you are not signed in, the links and notes are saved until you leave the website. If you do not already have one, then you can create a user account.

Service summary

You will usually require an assessment in order to access the day care service. This is normally arranged through your local area service team. For information on how to contact your local social work office.

Day Care Services aim to provide flexible services for adults with physical disabilities, frail older people and people with dementia to meet their social, psychological and physical needs, supporting individuals to live life to their maximum potential while remaining within their own home and community.

Hawthorn Day Centre can accommodate up to 30 people per day.

The day care centre is a welcoming secure environment all set on the ground floor, with a number of areas where people can relax and socialise. It has a range of activity rooms, medical treatment rooms, private space to deliver personal care, a tailored garden accessible from all public rooms and a hairdressers.
