The Service provides Care at home to older people, people with disabilities and those experiencing mental health issues at the comfort of their own homes. Home support Recruitment Limited support the elderly service users maintain the activities of daily living and continuity of care as these individuals are discharge from the NHS Hospitals into the comfort of their own homes. The service is provided to individuals who need assistance caring for themselves either as a result of old age, sickness or disability in the comfort of their own homes. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, the NHS hospital bed was already overwhelmed with social admissions there by preventing the hospital beds from been allocated to service users in daring need of admission. The Home support Recruitment was set up to bridge this gap and assist in decongesting the NHS Hospital beds by accepting packages of care from local authorities so that available NHS beds can be allocated to service user in daring need. We offer first class qualitative care that is person- centred and all our home care staff are well trained to high care national standards. We get majority of our service users through words of mouth especially from those who have received qualitative care from the service. We are presently accepting packages of care due to enhanced capacity within the service and we pride ourselves as one of the best home care providers in Scotland.
