Service summary
Youthpoint Glasgow will refer young people onto other services and
organisations where appropriate including Employment & Training,
Further Education, Health and any other related services for young
people.
Youthpoint Glasgow will only take referrals if the young person requires a service provided by Youthpoint.
Aberlour Youthpoint - Glasgow works with young people between the ages of 12 and 19 in the South West of Glasgow where there can be high levels of social deprivation, crime, drug and alcohol dependency and recognised violent gang culture.

The service aims to help young people access information, advice and support with any issues of concern to them and to support young people to put their views forward individually or collectively regarding their rights and promote citizenship.
The project offers a range of services including:
• an information service,
• detached streetwork,
• programme based activities,
• volunteer training,
• harm reduction,
• conflict resolution in gang culture.
