Resource and Development Day Centre:

We provide day support and activities for adults with disabilities from age 16+. Individual support sessions are available, as well as group support sessions. We run a timetable of activities from 10.30 -3pm. These include Boccia (indoor bowls), supported cookery groups, reading group, outings both educational and recreational, BSL (sign language) basics, Extend (seated exercise), later life exercise (focusing on balance, strength, flexability etc), theatre and drama group, mozaic and sewing groups to name a few.

There is informal support for carers.

There is music practitioner in residence providing groups for those with complex needs, 1-1 sessions and volunteering opportunities. This gives the users access to a musical experience leading to awareness of ability, communication and self expression.

Service users to Antonine Court can expect a bathing routine as part of their package of support. Massage and Reiki are also available at an extra charge.

1-1 support is available  for service users who may wish to participate in shopping, cognitive therapy or reminiscence etc.
