2019-20 Glasgow City Carers Partnership Annual Report

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership [HSCP] remains fully committed to delivering the best outcomes for unpaid carers and the person they care for. Glasgow City HSCP provides £3.859 million annual funding for the Carer Partnership Glasgow City Carers Partnership operates within the requirements of the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 and all carers are routinely offered a Carer Support Plan or Young Carer Statement. Information and supports are provided with partners in a personalised response which is proportionate to identified outcomes, needs and risk. This annual report provides an overview and analysis of the support provided by Glasgow City Carers Partnership during the 2019/20 financial year. A sincere thanks to all services for their contribution and unwavering commitment to identifying and supporting Glasgow’s unpaid carers.
