How To Access a Carer Service

Glasgow Carers Partnership's Carers Information Line provides information about how people who have a caring role can be supported.

If you want to talk to someone about your rights and supports available, please call 0141 353 6504 (office hours) or visit Carers Information Line (this service is managed by Glasgow Association for Mental Health -GAMH). The information line is open to unpaid carers, family, friends and professionals.

Local Carers Services are in North East, North West and South of Glasgow and is based on where the person you are caring for lives. If you are unsure which area is nearest, use the helpful postcode search function to find out: https://www.glasgowcpp.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=2671&fPst=3  

How can I access services?

  • Telephone the Carers Information Line on 0141 353 6504 
  • Speak to your GP and let them know you are caring for someone
