Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapists enable people to participate in daily life to improve their health and wellbeing. Daily life is made up of many ‘occupations’ such as getting ready to go out, cooking a meal or working. Occupational Therapists work with health and social care colleagues in multi-disciplinary teams.

If you feel you need Occupational Therapy Services then you can self refer or you can get a referral from your GP or other health and social care professional.
