There may be times in your life when you have worries or problems that lead you to feel that you can no longer cope. Stress, illness, bereavement or the breakdown of a relationship are just a few examples of things that can cause you to feel overwhelmed. If you find yourself in this position, you may benefit from some emotional support to help you to overcome these feelings. Alternatively, you may at some point find yourself in a position where a relative or friend is turning to you for this support. Talking about worries and problems can be extremely beneficial but is not always easy.Samaritans Scotland can provide support at any time of the day or night.
