No, you do not need to create an account. You will be able to use the website to find information, and save it as you go along using the 'Add to MyPad' button. Anything saved on MyPad will be lost when you finish your session on Your Support Your Way Glasgow. If you want to save the information to look at again in the future you will need to create an account and login to Your Support Your Way Glasgow. This takes just a few minutes and all you need to do to set up an account is to provide us with some basic information and an email address.
We want to hear from you about Your Support Your Way Glasgow. If you click on Feedback on the green bar across the page you will be able to rate us and send us some comments.
Open the email sent to you when your account was created and click the link in the email. It will be a series of letters and numbers, in blue, that are underlined. If this does not activate your account, re-enter the Activation Code into the activation code box. You will find the activation code in the e-mail sent to you when your account was created. If the new password does not fix the problem, please send us an email.
Check you are using the correct username confirmed to you in your validation email sent to you when you set the account up. If you have forgotten your password or it does not work with your username, please request a new password. If the new password does not fix the problem, please send us an email and we'll take a look at why you can't access your account and get back to you
